Your NDIS goals come first – whether that’s getting job-ready, moving into supported employment, or building confidence through structured daily and community activities. Working alongside you and/or your guardian and support network to make sure the right supports are in place.
Supports are tailored to what matters most to you and may include Pathways to Employment programs (SLES), Supported Employment at our social enterprise business ADEs, Home and Living supports (SIL/SDA), In-Home and Community Access supports, Transport and Support Coordination.
You will be part of real working and community environments – including our CoPack site in Tuggerah and Retail Village in Point Clare, where people are developing skills, contributing to meaningful work, and building routine and responsibility.
