Mr Clive Blunt – Director/Chair
Clive has held a number of senior positions in international companies including Business Manager (NSW & ACT) – Australian Red Cross, Vice President – Russell Consulting, Asia Pacific Business Manager – DuPont International, Senior Consultant – Mercuri International and National Manager – Dun & Bradstreet International.
Previous not-for-profit duties include non-executive director of Uniting Care Ageing, non-executive Director of Gosford City Credit Union and President of the Rotary Club of Gosford City (2015-16).
Clive holds an MBA from Monash University, is an accredited Six Sigma, MBTI and Sustainability practitioner.
Ms Anne Maree Daly – Deputy Chair
Anne is currently employed as a manager of Central Coast services for Cerebral Palsy Alliance. She has served on the Executive of numerous local community bodies including Technical Aid for the Disabled, Gosford Occasional Child Care, local schools and sporting bodies.
She was a former director of Fairhaven between 1985 and 1987 and is the sister of an employee and resident of Fairhaven Services.
Ms Diane Dales – Director
Ms Jenni Allen – Director/Hon Treasurer
At Adssi Home Living Australia since 2004 as Chief Executive Officer (since 2010) and previously as Finance Operations Manager.
Previously worked in the commercial sector in a number of sectors including finance/banking; insurance, and in small-medium businesses.
Jenni has a Master of Business Administration – University of New England, Master of Commerce (Professional Accounting) – University of New England.
Jenni is Director/Member Risk and Finance Committee – Community Options Australia Director – Aged and Community Services NSW & ACT.
Member/Chair – Central Coast Local Health District Community and Consumer Advisory Committee.
Member/Chair – Aged and Community Services NSW & ACT Community Advisory Committee.
Mr Tony Anderson – Director
Tony was Interim CEO of Fairhaven Services from July 2016 to January 2017.
Ms Kate Moore – Director
Kate is a Master of Business Administration (MBA) candidate. She lives on the Central Coast, close to her four step-children and three grandchildren.
Ms Jodie Watson – Director
Jodie was elected to the Fairhaven board in March 2018. Through Jodie’s experiences as parent and small business owner for more than 20 years, and her current role as General Manager of family business Cultural Choice Office and Work Supplies has seen her develop a strong interpersonal skill set and an ability to make important decisions quickly.
Jodie is looking forward to representing Fairhaven at a board level and to help provide a service that will assist the organisation and individuals reach their full potential.
Jodie is also passionate about working with the Indigenous community, with husband Mark and two son’s they are currently establishing a foundation to provide services to further the welfare, independence, living standards and financial security of Aboriginal Youth – including Aboriginal youths at risk of suicide.
Ms Monique Cardon – CEO/Non-voting Director
Monique holds a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Cross University, and has significant governance experience from her involvement on a range of community Boards. She is an active Rotarian through the Rotary Club of Gosford City.
